Can I Choose Which NBN Service is Connected to My Home?

No. While you can choose your ISP provider and plan, you can’t choose how you’ll be connected. NBN Co decides on the connection technology for your address.

I Have a NBN White Box but I Can’t Get It to Work

Do I need a communication technician to come to my house to fix my internet?

Do I Need to Use a NBN Connection Box?

Yes, you need to use a NBN Co supplied Connection Box, also known as a Network Termination Device, to access the NBN network. For example, a NBN FTTC service installed in your home will require a NBN Co Connection Box to be mounted next to a dedicated power supply and then connected to your existing Telstra telephone connection.
