One word - Exceptional! James was here when he promised. Immediately found a connection issue with a cable, addressed that in 5 minutes. His knowledge, friendliness, and experience was something that is very hard to find these days! The price for his call out was the cheapest of all I called, but not cheap in quality. My old antenna cable needed special work to connect to the new antenna, but James had the expertise to make it work. He was also able to describe the ability to record special shows on free to air TV to me with supporting equipment. I would recommend James’ work to anyone who requires his services.

When my Telstra NBN was originally installed the NBN tech wasn’t able to get my phones working properly. I then called in Fix My Antenna. They disconnected my old Telstra cabling from the street and put in a new line from the modem to the phone circuit in our roof. Very happy!
